Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products as well as our service, and if we can’t resolve your computer issue, we will return your money. If you experience difficulties using the software or fixing malfunctions, give our live technical support a chance – they may be able to resolve whatever issues you have and help you get familiar with the program.

If the software you purchased did not work on your computer correctly or did not perform as advertised, just send us a message by filling out the form on the Support page.

If we can’t fix your issue, we normally confirm refund requests within 24 hours, issue a refund within 1 to 3 days, and you will see the money back in your account within a couple of days after that, subject to your bank’s standard timing.

Refunds for leading pc fix can be requested at any time within 30 days of the original purchase of the product or of license renewal, and we ask that with your refund request, you include your first and last name, your email address used in the purchase process, and your order number, if you have it.

Only orders made from the leading pc fix store, including new orders and subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy.

Once refunded, the product license and your subscription will be disabled.
