How to register the product?
The easiest way to register the product is to place an order online with credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All transactions is 100% secure and safe.
I am a registered user, but I lost the registration code, how can I get it again?
You can always retrieve your license code by visiting Support on our website. In the Retrieve Your License Code section, enter your email address, click Login, you will be able to see your license key code. If no license code is returned, please email us at support@leadingpcfix.com with your full name, Order ID and last four digits of the credit card used for purchase. We will send you the license key code by email.
How long does it take to get the license key code after the payment?
We will issue the license key code to you immediately after payment is successfully processed. It will appear on the next screen right after your payment webpage. Meanwhile, we will send you a receipt with Order ID and license key code by email as well.
I bought a previous version of your product. Can I get the new version for free?
As long as your license has not expired, you can get the new versions for absolutely free. Say if you’ve purchased a 2-year license for Leading pc fix Cleaner, you will be able to update it for free within 2 years after the purchase.
Whenever a new version comes out, we will send a new license key by email to all our qualified customers. However, for those who do not receive the key code in their email boxes, they can either search for it on our website’s Support section with the registered email address, or contact us at support@leadingpcfix.com with full name and address for the re-issuance of the license key.
How do I upgrade to the latest version?
To upgrade to the latest version, please download the latest trail version from our website and install it. Then input the new license key code we sent you by email.
How do I install the full version? How do I register the software after my payment?
Please go to our home page and download the trial version of the software you just bought. Install the trial version. Once installation is complete, you will be taken to the homepage of the software. Click on the “Register” button on the lower left corner of the home page. Enter your license code, follow the instruction and you’ll be able to install the full version.
Repeat the same procedure if you bought a license for multiple computers.
Can I uninstall your product completely if I decide to do so?
Yes, our products can be completely uninstalled.
What are the supported Operating System?
Leading Pc FixCleaner can be used with the following versions of Windows: Microsoft Windows 10,8,7, Vista, XP. Including both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
